  What an incredible experience we had at The Sebel. We had stayed several times at the Novotel next door but wanted a more elevated and quieter experience and The Sebel just delivered! Everything was just on point… so seamless and effortless. Our abode was stunning and offered gorgeous views. Can’t wait to return. Hopefully I can get the same villa.

  They will happily close all their facilities, dining, lake, activities etc with a weeks notice before your stay. So be aware when booking months in advance like we did. They'll have a bed for you... No guarantees on anything else.
  
  Edit - reply to owner: You've organised a mini bus + a coffee van, and I don't drink coffee. Feel free to share on here if you've organised anything else, but it's hardly going to be a replacement for the restaurant and bar closing as well as all the activities for the kids. Very disappointing.
  
  I should also note, they didn't close all these facilities for emergency maintenance, or for safety or anything like that. They closes them because they thought they could make more money by hiring them to a private booking and denying access to the rest of their customers, complete lack of respect for paying customers IMO.

  I'm sure many of the houses rented are great, but unit 8 was in DIRE need of love and updating. Dishwasher broke on a Friday and no one ever came to fix it. Doing dishes everyday for 10 people = not fun. Shower water leaked through the stall covering the bathroom floor. Washer/dryer full of sand. Pool table in the listing is all ripped up and the cues so old with no actual tips. Furniture with peeling veneer. I'd definitely go back to the neighborhood, but choose a different house.

  Beautiful place to stay, amazing scenery and great for the whole family! Family holiday was lots of fun, private pool for the sebel guests and cool activities like canoeing, sail catamarans on the massive lake and another massive pool! The villa was immaculate and well tended too, comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms.

  Apartments are very spacious, and have all you might need. Location is great if you like calm surrounding with a lot of beautiful nature views. There are plenty of space to walk around enjoying birds, water and trees (and wallaby if you get lucky). It's about 15 minutes drive to the city centre and shops.
  
  A bit more of a cleaning would be nice - we had some breadcrumbs on the carpet. Some extra dishwashing powder would be great too.

  No heated pools, WATERPARK closed weekdays only weekend's and have to pay as of not much on offer for kids...

  Rooms were amazing, very clean and had everything you need. Easy access to restaurants and buffe breakfast. Many activities to do for kids as well. Over all an amazing place to stay!
